cPanel, WHM, and Webmail all use non-standard ports which might be blocked by your firewall. Often corporate firewalls block these ports. (TCP ports 2083, 2087, 2096 respectively) If you are having problems accessing these via the standard links, you may proxy in via these links:
Replace yourdomain.com with your domain name.
http://cpanel.yourdomain.com - for cPanel
http://whm.yourdomain.com - for WHM
http://webmail.yourdomain.com - for Webmail
Resellers can also give these URLs to their customers to have a seamless branded URL to login to the server.
If this isn't working, we may need to add this to your domain. Please submit a ticket to support with a list of the domain(s) you wish to have this made available on.
