If your domain was being looked after by someone else or they were holding it in their account, and you no longer have contact with that person, you may feel like you’ve lost control. There are a few ways you can get it back, as shown below.
Contact them and request it to be transferred
Contact the person who has your domain and ask them to submit a transfer request. You will need them to do the following:
- Log into their account (billing.eicra.com), if they are having trouble do this, let them do contact with us.
- Create an account from https://billing.eicra.com/register.php
- Tell them to send us a request from their registrered email to us. In the mail they should write like this:
"Please transfer this domain abcd.com from hjk@tyu.com(their mail address) to asdfr@juk.com (your mail address)"
