Can I upgrade my Reseller Plan, in the future if I want to?

Yes, you can upgrade your reseller plan at any time in the future, or you can even move up to one of our VPS or dedicated servers!

To upgrade your reseller account, please login to your client billing area here:

https://billing.eicra.com.

1) Once logged in, select "My Services"

2) Click on "Active" icon to the right of the hosting package you would like to upgrade.

3) Select the "Upgrade/Downgrade Package" button on the following page.

4) When presented with the upgrade options, select the plan you would like to upgrade to and follow the payment process.

PLEASE NOTE: Upgrading via this process will only charge you the difference between the new plan while taking into consideration the current billing period.
