Step 1:Start the Microsoft Outlook mail client application.
Step 2: Select "File"
Step 3: Click Add Account.
Step 4: Check Manually configure server settings or additional server types & Click Next
Step 5: Select Internet E-mail & Click Next
Step 6: Enter Your Name and E-mail Address
Choose IMAP/POP3 as your account type
For Incoming mail server (IMAP/POP3), enter mail.mydomin.com. For Outgoing mail server (SMTP), enter mail.mydomin.com or you can use your mail server address in this field (i.e cloud4.eicra.com, you can get this address from leafdns.com by searching with your domain name)
In Logon Information enter the e-mail address and password that you created in the control panel

Click More Settings
Step 7: Next, go to the "Outgoing Server" and do check on " My Outgoing Server (SMTP) requires authentication".
Step 8: Go to the "Advanced" option and use the following port numbers:
If POP3 (Default):
Incoming Server : 110
Outgoing Server : 25 or 26
Use the following type of encrypted connection : None/Auto
POP3 (SSL):
Incoming Server : 995 ( Tick mark on "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL))
Outgoing Server : 587
Use the following type of encrypted connection : TLS
IMAP (Default):
Incoming Server : 143
Use the following type of connection :None
Outgoing Server : 25 or 26
Use the following type of connection :None
IMAP (SSL):
Incoming Server : 993
Use the following type of connection :SSL
Outgoing Server : 463
Use the following type of connection :SSL
Click "OK".
Step 9: Back to the "Internet Mail Settings" window and click on "Test Account Settings". If everything is okay, you will get the following window.
Enjoy the mail service after clicking on the "Finish" Button.
