If you are unable to access your website, email or cPanel it is likely the firewall has blocked your IP address. To remove your IP, visit http://support.eicra.com within the client area to submit a ticket to Support Team. You can then click the icon next to your package and choose 'Unblock Me' with your IP (can be found at http://www.eicra.info).
The reason you are blacklisted will then be displayed and you can remove your IP from the firewall.
