I paid all the invoices that were due on my account, why am I still suspended?

Your account will remain suspended until you mail us with the scanned copy of your payment slip/proof or trxID to our mail at billing@eicra.com

Once you contact us, please tell us your invoice No and domain name.  We will unsuspend your account immediately.

If the last payment was late, we will apply a $10 late fee.
