Retrieve / Change of Hosting Account Password from Eicra Billing System

You can retrieve or change your hosting control panel password from your billing client area which is more secure and user-friendly.  Here is how you can do this by yourself. 

 

1. Log into Eicra Billing System at https://billing.eicra.com/clientarea.php. See the image below 

2. After login into the client area, click on "My Services" link from the top.

3. On the "My Services" page, you will find a list of account(s) hosted with us, each row ends with the right green icon button as "ACTIVE". 

4. Click and Select the "Active" button ending to each row on your desired hosting account. It will take you to the hosting details will be displayed. 


5. The Hosting account username and password are as stated at the "Change Password" section on the left under 'Action' section.  

6. The hosting account control panel password can be reset when you “Enter New Password” and click on “Update”. Once the hosting account password reset, you may use the new password to login to your hosting account.

7. You may log in to the hosting account control panel with the username and password.
