How to configure outlook for Windows 7, IMAP/POP3

Hello.

We will configure outlook for windows 7.

There will be 2 account type for outlook configuration.

1. IMAP

2. POP3

So, Now we will show the IMAP configuration for OUTLOOK 

IMAP OUTLOOK configuration

Step1:  open your outlook and click on the file option.

Step2: Click on the Account Setting
Step3: Click on the Add and Remove Account or Change
Step4: Click on the New Button


Step 5: Click the next Button
Step6 : Click on the manual setting

Step7: Click on the next Button
Step8.    Put all the requirements 

Incoming mail server : Cloudno.Domainname or Your Server Ip or Mail.Domainname
Outgoing mail server : Cloudno.Domainname or Your Server Ip or Mail.Domainname

Step 9: Noted: Don't mark the My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication.

Step10

Then click on the Advanced setting 

Incoming server(POP3) : 110
Outgoing mail server( SMTP) 25
encrypted connection: Auto

Then Click ok

Step10: Then you will find the test result. It will be completed. That means Its successfully configured. Now you can easily send and receive mail.

POP3 OUTLOOK configuration

Step1:  open your outlook and click on the file option.

Step2: Click on the Account Setting
Step3: Click on the Add and Remove Account or Change
Step4: Click on the New Button


Step 5: Click the next Button
Step6 : Click on the manual setting

Step7: Click on the next Button
Step8.    Put all the requirements 

Incoming mail server : Cloudno.Domainname or Your Server Ip or Mail.Domainname
Outgoing mail server : Your ISP's SMTP IP

Step9:   Noted: Don't mark the My outgoing server(SMTP) requires authentication.

Step10

Then click on the Advanced setting 

Incoming server(POP3) : 110
Outgoing mail server( SMTP) 25
encrypted connection: Auto

Then Click ok

Step10: Then you will find the test result. It will be completed. That means Its successfully configured. Now you can easily send and receive mail.
